This adapter works perfectly well. It does not quite compare in quality to the Leica bayonet which contains a leaf spring to provide just the right amount of friction to hold the lens in place for many, many cycles of use. However at the the modest price of the Fotodiox adapter I can afford to dedicate a separate adapter to each lens and then this becomes a non issue. Checking the focus at infinity I find that the infinity symbol should be lined up with the F 2.8 mark on the right side of the depth of field scale rather than the index. I think the manufacturer of the Fotodiox adapter leaves just a tiny safety margin to insure that infinity focus is possible under all circumstances.

This item works as advertised with the 3 Leica-R heritage lenses which I have when used on a Panasonic G-2.
1.The Micro 4/3 format doubles the effective focal length of the lenses - i.e. a 50mm becomes a 100mm lens.
2. You have to use either the "A" or "M" setting for exposure, and you have to focus the distance manually. While this is not hard, it is not nearly as quick as the autofocus and auto-exposure of the native Panasonic micro 4/3 lenses.
3. The Leica-R lenses alone weigh as much or more than the Panasonic G-2 with the 14-45mm Panasonic zoom lens, and the quality of the pictures is not appreciably better. (I had the Leica-R lenses, but I don't suggest anybody go out and buy some. Leica-M mount lenses are much smaller and are said to work very well with the Micro 4/3 system and an adapter, but I have no experience with them.)

Well made. Functions like it should. It doesn't have the build quality of Novoflex but it does the same thing and it about 1/10th the price.

I don't have any problem with fit or looseness. The finish isn't perfect, but that doesn't bother me. It seems plenty strong enough; I've already dropped it once, attached to a camera and a lens, and toted it around with a super-long telephoto.
